Mike leads the technology recruitment practice at Impact. He has over a decade of experience in sales and recruitment, having managed a large IT division covering the North of England for a major UK recruitment company, he has a strong background in both contract and permanent recruitment and has gained vast experience working with and helping to scale start-ups, SMEs, multinational corporations and large public sector organisations, all prior to starting Impact Search
