IT Support Engineer
An amazing opportunity for a recent Computer Science Graduate or Junior IT Analyst to gain wide exposure to desktop, virtualisation and networking environments.
You will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to gain professional Microsoft certifications.
You will be working with a global Digital Solutions Provider supporting a truly innovative client based in Elton, Cheshire and be part of a major 5-year development plan with a huge technology focus.
Technical Skills
- O365
- End User Support - Windows 10, VPN account administrations etc.
- Azure
- Networking technologies - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls etc.
- Windows Server technologies - Active Directory, Group Policies, Remote Desktop Services etc.
Interpersonal Skills
- A high level of motivation and willingness to learn new skills
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach to the job
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Can demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and care
