Project Administrator
You will work within the Operations team providing sales, purchasing and project support.
The role will involve contacting vendors to obtain quotes for stock and special order items; research availability, quality, and price of equipment and supplies; prepare summary and comparison documentation.
Receiving and processing sales orders, and preparing purchase orders, based on agreed sales orders, and other similar and necessary documents related to the purchasing and procurement of supplies, equipment, services and materials.
Sales Order Processing regarding “run rate” sales. Processing sales transactions that require a very limited input from technical staff. These will normally be sales with no services attached and product sales that do not require any additional specification.
Involvement in ensuring the sales and purchasing processes are followed and adhered to (order processing, pricing, bid review process).
Provide basic project administration, co-ordination of technical resources and project equipment to provide customers and the business with timelines for project delivery.
Basic financial analysis for projects – working with the teams in Belfast to prepare and maintain cost control.
